Return & Cancelation policy
1. All products are fully warrantied to the original owner against manufacturer's defects in materials and workmanship and are sold with a 30 day money back guarantee from date of shipment.
2. Products must be returned undamaged and in good condition. Misuse, damage and normal wear and tear is not covered.
3. RETURNS: To return a product within the 30 day period, contact us by email at info@industrialrev.com for a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Please include the original Order Number issued at time of purchase.
4. CANCELLATIONS: To cancel an order not yet shipped contact us by phone at 1-888-297-6062 or Email info@industrialrev.com. Please include the original Order Number and Product number issued at time of purchase.
