The manufacturer of your particular product will make the repair or replacement of a defective product or components thereof at its own expense.
Steps to Warranty Your Product
1. Call Industrial Revolution at (888) 297-6062 to request a Return Authorization (RA) to return the product. Do not return product without authorization.
2. Attach a note or tag to the product that includes your:
- name
- address
- daytime telephone number
- e-mail address
- description of the problem
- Include a copy of the original sales receipt.
